The Workplace Relations Commission found Nkemdirim Vivien Ngene’s payment-of-wages complaint against Reign Healthcare well founded and awarded her €1,717 gross in wages. The decision was dated 14 June 2023 and ordered payment within 42 days. Ngene said she had been promised €15 an hour for day shifts and €18 for night shifts, and that she had not been properly paid. Reign Healthcare disputed her account. The adjudicator found the employer had not provided a detailed payment breakdown or verifiable evidence that the payments had reached Ngene. The formal award was for gross wages.
