The Workplace Relations Commission found that Pauline Power was not unfairly dismissed after she resigned from her housekeeper job at Our Lady Of Fatima School. The decision was dated 4 April 2024. Power said she resigned after feeling pressured, intimidated and bullied, and described disputes over her duties. The school said she resigned prematurely without giving it a reasonable chance to address her grievances. The adjudication officer found she had not substantially used the grievance procedure and had other options available.
