The Workplace Relations Commission found four complaints by Fearghal Twomey against Northern Soul Noso were not well founded after Twomey did not attend the hearing. The decision, dated 30 June 2023, concerned one Payment of Wages Act complaint and three Organisation of Working Time Act complaints about his employment. The respondent also did not attend. The adjudication officer said both parties had been notified and no postponement had been requested. The complaints were decided in the absence of evidence; the merits were not decided.
