The Workplace Relations Commission ordered A.T. Cross to pay David Collis-Lee €2,433.12 for an unpaid bonus, partly upholding his Payment of Wages Act complaint. The decision was dated 4 August 2023. The WRC found the bonus was contractual, not discretionary, and that a payment due for the period within the six-month time limit had not been made. Earlier alleged bonus deductions fell outside that limit, so their merits were not decided. His separate complaint that he was not given written notice of a change to his employment terms was not well founded.
