The WRC found a complaint alleging discrimination and harassment over reimbursement for emergency accommodation was not well founded after the complainants did not attend a hearing. The decision was dated 24 April 2023. The complaint concerned reimbursement for a night in an emergency place on 25 October 2016, on grounds of race and membership of the Traveller Community. No evidence was presented at the hearing, and the merits were not decided.
