The Workplace Relations Commission found seven complaints by Stephanie Murphy against Facilicom Cleaning Services UK & Ireland were brought outside the statutory time limit. The decision was dated 31 July 2023. Murphy accepted that her complaints were out of time but asked the WRC to issue a decision. She said her employment ended in mid-2021 through a transfer of undertakings, and she lodged the complaints in January 2023. The complaints covered terms of employment, working time, industrial relations, employment equality, minimum notice and fixed-term work. The WRC found each outside the statutory timeframe; the merits were not decided.
