The WRC found Jacqueline Kelly’s ten complaints not well founded after she failed to attend a relisted hearing. The adjudication officer said the respondent had no case to answer and each claim had to fail; the merits were not decided. The complaints concerned employment terms, dismissal, redundancy, wages and working time. The decision was dated 23 May 2025. Mark Caffrey was named as the respondent, but the decision records that his solicitors had disputed whether he was Kelly’s employer. He did not appear at the relisted hearing either.
