The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Denis Korovin €462 gross after finding Precision Parts & Products Ltd owed payment for a company car benefit that was not replaced after a crash. The WRC dismissed a separate complaint about an alleged wage deduction linked to benefit-in-kind charges as outside the statutory time limit.
