The Workplace Relations Commission concluded that Janusz Kasprzyk’s 19 complaints against Provincial Security Services were not well founded after he did not attend a hearing. The merits were not decided. The decision was dated 10 April 2024. Kasprzyk had sought an adjournment, saying he was abroad and had not received notice. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne refused the request after finding that notice had been sent by registered post four weeks before the hearing and had not been returned.
