The Workplace Relations Commission found Dawid Czajka’s Sunday premium complaint against Fedex not well founded after he did not attend a hearing in Dublin. The decision was dated 27 May 2024. Fedex told the hearing that the matter had been settled, but Czajka did not attend or formally withdraw his complaint, despite a later request from the WRC. The adjudicator said he had been notified of the hearing. The merits were not decided.
