The Workplace Relations Commission found Janson Kelebeng’s complaint against The Governors and Guardians of the Hospital for the Relief of Poor Lying-In Women, Dublin, not well founded after he did not attend a hearing. The decision, by Adjudication Officer Kara Turner, was dated 4 March 2025. Kelebeng alleged that an employment agreement contained a discriminatory provision. The respondent disputed the allegations. Turner found he had proper notice of the hearing and had not contacted the Commission to explain his absence. No award was recorded.
