The Workplace Relations Commission recorded that Pauline Walsh withdrew her Employment Equality Act complaint against Bausch Health Ireland Limited at a hearing. The decision was dated 20 January 2025. The WRC said the complaint was superseded by another case, but made no substantive ruling.
