The Workplace Relations Commission found that Paula Deegan had not established that Bank Of Ireland Group breached the Terms of Employment (Information) Act. The decision was dated 13 June 2024. Deegan, who had worked for the bank since 2016, said she had not been notified of changes to her terms and wanted a role matching her experience. The bank said it had provided written terms for the roles offered. The adjudication officer found that Deegan had not shown that she was offered adverse terms or that her existing terms had been changed without notice, and found the complaint was not well founded.
