The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Leah Keating’s complaint that Waterford And South Tipperary Community Youth Services had failed to pay her the correct rate. Adjudication Officer Gaye Cunningham found no evidence that wages properly payable had been withheld. The decision was dated 13 December 2024.
