The Workplace Relations Commission ruled that the Terms of Employment (Information) Act did not apply to two of Katie Carville’s complaints against Mulholland Law, and found a third not well founded. The decision was dated 13 June 2025. Carville said the firm had not provided written terms at the start of her employment or when her role changed. The WRC found that she had less than one month’s service, so the Act did not apply to complaints CA-00062456-001 and -003. It found CA-00062456-002 not well founded because the firm had provided her core terms at the start of her employment. The merits were not decided on the two complaints outside the Act’s scope.
