The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) directed Bgs Security Limited to pay Abdelkader Ferhat €3,746.56 in compensation, less lawful deductions, after finding wages for June and July 2024 were unlawfully withheld. The decision was dated 6 May 2025. Ferhat said €2,049.01 gross for June and €1,697.55 gross for July remained unpaid. The company did not attend the hearing despite being notified.
