The Workplace Relations Commission found two complaints by Margaret Collier against Rehab Group Learning Nln not well-founded and made no award. Adjudication officer Eileen Campbell’s decision was dated 4 June 2025. Collier alleged she was not notified of changes linked to a pay-band alignment and was owed €7,285.34 in back-pay and wages relating to a delayed return from sick leave. The WRC found the employer had notified her in advance, and that she was not entitled to the claimed back-pay because her salary exceeded the revised grade maximum. It also found she had used her paid sick leave entitlement and that no unlawful wage deduction was established.
