The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) upheld Ashley Flynn’s unpaid-wages complaint and directed Club 54 to pay him €3,750 gross. Flynn said he was not paid in full for work as an Assistant Events Manager from 1 August to 15 September 2024. WRC Adjudication Officer Seamus Clinton dated the decision 26 May 2025. Club 54 did not attend the hearing; Clinton was satisfied it had notice. He found the amount was properly payable for four weeks’ work under Flynn’s contract.
