The Workplace Relations Commission found it had no jurisdiction over nine complaints by Helena Brady against Whitney Moore Law Firm Llp, including unfair dismissal, pension, Equal Status and transfer-of-undertakings complaints. Adjudication Officer Breiffni O’Neill’s decision was dated 17 June 2025. Brady said her employment ended in an involuntary redundancy on 14 March 2023, which she alleged was unfair. The firm argued that the complaints were referred more than 12 months after the redundancy. The officer found the referral was outside the applicable time limit and made no substantive findings on the complaints. No award was recorded.
