The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Christopher Jackson (Kiltegan) Ltd to pay Jake Branagan €532 compensation after finding his complaint about missing written employment terms well founded. The decision was dated 14 March 2025. Branagan said he did not receive a written contract while working as a general operative. The company did not deny the claim.
