The Workplace Relations Commission directed Dilosk DAC to pay former employee Raquel Gamallo Reguera €900, finding the unpaid balance of a Christmas loyalty bonus was an unlawful wage deduction. The decision was dated 23 May 2025. Gamallo Reguera received a €100 voucher and claimed the remaining €900 of a €1,000 bonus. Dilosk said the payment depended on employment status on the payment day, when she was serving notice. The WRC found no written terms or advance notice that serving notice would reduce the bonus.
