The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found Liam Kyle was unfairly dismissed by Bar One Racing and awarded him €2,700 in compensation. The decision was dated 30 May 2025. Kyle complained that the company dismissed him without warning. Bar One Racing cited attendance and punctuality concerns, including about 16 days of absence. The WRC found serious procedural failures, including inadequate written notice of a disciplinary meeting and no copy of the alleged warning.
