The Workplace Relations Commission found four complaints by former Dublin Bus driver Siavash Sefidvash not well founded. He said Dublin Bus refused force majeure leave for two absences; the adjudicator found he applied too late and rejected the complaint and its duplicate. Complaints about employment information and road transport working time were also rejected for lack of evidence.
