The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) directed Airport Hopper Holdings Ltd to pay Patrick Brien €3,078.41 after upholding his claim for unpaid wages and untaken annual leave. The decision was dated 25 July 2025. Brien said he was owed two weeks’ wages after his dismissal and payment for 8.25 days of untaken leave. The company did not attend or have representation, and the adjudicator accepted Brien’s evidence without challenge. His separate request for redundancy pay was outside the complaint referred to the WRC and was not awarded.
