The WRC dismissed Niall Foran’s unfair dismissal complaint against Auburn Ventures after he did not attend the hearing. The Adjudication Officer, Seamus Clinton, said Foran had notice of the hearing and no evidence was presented on his behalf. The decision was dated 10 July 2025.
