The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Toseef Chaudry’s complaint alleging penalisation under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The decision, dated 17 October 2025, said Chaudry did not provide enough detail for Staycity Hotel to know what case it had to answer, despite being given an opportunity to amend his complaint. The WRC found the complaint not well founded.
