The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) could not consider two complaints by Amy Deady under the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations after finding that the wrong economic entity had been named. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 30 April 2026. Deady accepted that the incorrect entity had been named, and the respondent also submitted that the wrong entity was named. The WRC made no substantive ruling on the complaints and recorded no award.
