The Workplace Relations Commission awarded George Fahey €5,445 after upholding his complaint that Boru Stoves Boru Stoves Ltd owed him wages when it went into liquidation. Adjudication Officer Niamh O'Carroll found the complaint well founded in a decision dated 15 December 2025.
