A Workplace Relations Commission adjudication officer found Monika Rogozinska’s complaint that she was not paid for the appropriate hours worked was not well founded. The decision was dated 5 February 2026. Rogozinska said she worked under an annualised contract with a set yearly payment and followed its shift-hours clause. Db Schenker Ireland Ltd said her salary covered 181 or 182 shifts a year, based on an average 39-hour week after breaks. The officer found the work was annualised for an annual salary and no contravention of the Payment of Wages Act had been established.
