The Equality Tribunal found Vladislavs Fedotovs had not established race discrimination by Martin Codd. The Equality Officer’s decision was dated 22 December 2009. Fedotovs alleged discriminatory treatment, dismissal, harassment and victimisation, as well as a claim concerning a collective agreement. He withdrew the dismissal, victimisation and collective agreement claims at the hearing; the hearing proceeded on discriminatory treatment and harassment. Codd attended the hearing. The officer found Fedotovs had not shown that he was treated less favourably than colleagues or established facts from which discrimination could be inferred. The race discrimination complaint failed.
