Equality Tribunal ends claims against Radoslaw Podsiadly after he fails to attend hearing

Workplace decision ·

The Equality Tribunal ended Radoslaw Podsiadly’s race discrimination and equal remuneration claims against Balbriggan Service Centre Ltd after he failed to attend the hearing. Equality Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 3 May 2013. The officer found Podsiadly had been notified of the hearing and that his failure to attend was unreasonable. The claims were dismissed without evidence in their support; the merits were not decided. His discriminatory dismissal claim had been withdrawn before the hearing.
