An Equality Officer found against Roman Tunyi on his race discrimination complaint against Kellsydan Ltd. t/a McDonalds Restaurant after he did not attend the hearing. In a decision dated 27 August 2015, the officer found his failure to attend unreasonable; the merits were not decided.
