The Labour Court determined that Globeclean Limited pay former worker Edward Ryan £478 in holiday pay under a Rights Commissioner's decision. Ryan complained that Globeclean had failed to implement the decision, which had not been appealed within the time limit. The determination was signed on 6 November 2001.
