The Labour Court determined on 15 May 2002 that Tallerview Limited pay Ms Siobhan Burns €746.60 for unpaid leave entitlements under a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The Court recorded that the decision had not been carried out and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
