In 2002, the Labour Court directed Cambio Investments Limited to pay former employee Letitia De Villiers €265 in holiday pay under a Rights Commissioner decision that the company had not implemented. No appeal had been brought against that decision within the time limit. The Labour Court determination was signed on 2 August 2002.
