In 2002, the Labour Court directed Patrick McCormack Trading As Western Shopfitters to pay David Gray €1,117.37 for outstanding holiday entitlements under a Rights Commissioner decision that had not been carried out. No appeal had been brought against that decision within the time limit. The Labour Court determination was signed on 19 August 2002.
