The Labour Court directed Ryan’s Waste Limited to pay Michael Ryan €192.52 in holiday pay and compensation after the employer failed to implement a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The original determination was signed on 30 September 2002. A correction dated 31 December 2002 changed the employer’s name to Thomas A Ryan trading as Ryan’s Waste Limited; a further correction dated 18 March 2003 changed it to Thomas A Ryan.
