The Labour Court determined that Francis Smith trading as Trevor Francis Hair Salon had to pay Shirley McCormack €873 in holiday pay and compensation after failing to implement a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 14 April 2003. On 18 August, the Court corrected the employer’s name in the determination to Rythorpe Limited.
