The Labour Court determined that Carol Byrne pay Myrna Parungao €3,000 under a Rights Commissioner decision that Byrne had not implemented. The determination was signed on 19 January 2006. Parungao complained that her former employer had failed to carry out the earlier decision. The Court recorded that it remained unpaid and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit, then determined that Byrne pay the amount specified by the Rights Commissioner.
