The Labour Court directed Liam Middleton Trading As A Cabs to pay Patrick Mc Donagh €250 after the employer failed to implement a Rights Commissioner decision on a working-time complaint. The determination was dated 21 August 2006. No appeal had been brought against the earlier decision within the time limit.
