The Labour Court determined that Julian Jordan Trading As Tempest - French Connection must pay Louise Mulheron €750 under a Rights Commissioner decision that had not been implemented. Mulheron referred the case to the Court on 28 November 2006. The determination was signed on 31 May 2007.
