The Labour Court determined that Michael O’Donovan, trading as Rendezvous Bar, must pay Sultan Maywand €4,000 under an unappealed Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 28 August 2007. Maywand complained that his former employer had not implemented the decision. The Court found it had not been carried out and determined that O’Donovan must pay the €4,000 in accordance with the Rights Commissioner’s decision.
