The Labour Court ordered Maughan Contractors Limited to pay Iiko Jaremcuks €1,200 after finding it had not implemented a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 19 June 2008. Jaremcuks complained that his former employer had failed to carry out the decision. The Court said it had not been implemented and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It directed the company to pay the amount in accordance with the earlier decision.
