The Labour Court varied a €2,000 award to Andy Cullivan, reducing compensation to €1,200 on Tom Meegan Plant Hire Limited’s appeal. Its determination was signed on 27 June 2008. The employer said it had paid all entitlements and appealed, saying it had not received notice of the Rights Commissioner’s hearing.
