The Labour Court upheld a €750 award to Petr Schejbal, dismissing Direct Recruitment’s appeal over Sunday premium pay. The determination was signed on 11 March 2008. Direct Recruitment argued that Sunday pay was included in Schejbal’s €9.14 hourly rate. The Court found the signed document setting out his terms did not meet the Act’s requirements for accounting for Sunday work.
