The Labour Court determined that P.J.W. Brennan Homes Ltd must pay Nikolajus Erhardt €800 under a Rights Commissioner decision it had not implemented. The determination was signed on 10 November 2009. Erhardt complained that his former employer had not carried out the decision, and no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
