The Labour Court determined that Frank Brady, trading as Arbra Court, must pay Janos Ragan €2,000 under a Rights Commissioner decision he had not implemented. The determination was signed on 13 November 2009. Ragan complained that his former employer had failed to carry out the decision. No appeal had been brought within the time limit.
