The Labour Court determined that Patrick Joseph Reidy must pay Mieczyslaw Dziala €900 under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 16 September 2009. Dziala had complained that Reidy failed to implement the decision. The Court found it had not been carried out and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
