The Labour Court determined that Bryan Hanson must pay Juraj Hruz €4,000 under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 7 September 2009. Hruz complained that Hanson had failed to implement the decision. The Court found it had not been carried out and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
