The Labour Court directed Horizon Freight Services Ltd to pay Jonas Keza €1,700 after the company failed to implement a Rights Commissioner’s decision on working time. The determination was signed on 27 September 2010. Keza complained that his former employer had not carried out the decision, and the employer had not appealed within the time limit.
